Objective Proof may receive information you choose to provide by email or during a business conversation.

• For hiring inquiries: your name, business contact details, company, role requirements, location, timing, rate information, and related communications.
• For professional inquiries: your name, contact details, résumé, work history, skills, role interests, location, availability, compensation preferences, and related communications.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, understand a hiring need or career interest, evaluate potential fit, communicate about specific opportunities, maintain necessary business records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

Objective Proof does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

AI-assisted business tools

Objective Proof may use AI-assisted tools for research, documentation, workflow coordination, and quality checks. These tools are not used to make automated hiring decisions. Objective Proof remains responsible for human review and for applying applicable privacy, confidentiality, security, and client requirements.

Candidate information and submissions

A résumé or candidate profile is not presented to a prospective client unless the professional has reviewed the specific opportunity and given written permission for that submission.

Information may also be handled by service providers that support email, website hosting, security, or business operations, and it may be disclosed when required by law.

Retention and your choices

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for recruiting, business records, legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution. It may then be deleted or de-identified when appropriate.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also withdraw from a recruiting conversation at any time.

Website operation

This website currently uses email links instead of online contact forms and does not add advertising trackers. The hosting service may process basic technical logs needed to deliver and secure the site.

Do not send sensitive identity records by email

Do not email Social Security numbers, driver’s licenses, passports, financial-account information, medical records, or other highly sensitive personal documents unless Objective Proof has confirmed a secure and necessary process for them.
