Information you send

Objective Proof may receive information you choose to provide through our inquiry form, by email, or during a business conversation.

• For hiring inquiries: your name, business contact details, company, role requirements, location, timing, rate information, and related communications.
• For professional inquiries: your name, contact details, résumé, work history, skills, role interests, location, availability, compensation preferences, and related communications.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, understand a hiring need or career interest, evaluate potential fit, communicate about specific opportunities, maintain necessary business records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

Objective Proof does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

AI-assisted business tools

Objective Proof may use AI-assisted tools for research, documentation, workflow coordination, and quality checks. These tools are not used to make automated hiring decisions. Objective Proof remains responsible for human review and for applying applicable privacy, confidentiality, security, and client requirements.

Candidate information and submissions

A résumé or candidate profile is not presented to a prospective client unless the professional has reviewed the specific opportunity and given written permission for that submission.

Information may also be handled by service providers that support email, website hosting, security, or business operations, and it may be disclosed when required by law.

Retention and your choices

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for recruiting, business records, legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution. It may then be deleted or de-identified when appropriate.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also withdraw from a recruiting conversation at any time.

Website operation

Our Contact page includes a Microsoft Forms inquiry form and email links. Form responses are stored in Objective Proof’s Microsoft 365 account and used to respond to inquiries. Microsoft provides the form service and may process technical information needed to operate it. The website hosting service may also process basic technical logs needed to deliver and secure the site.

Microsoft Forms may use cookies and technical information to maintain response sessions, protect form submissions, and support service security, reliability, and aggregated usage measurement. For Microsoft’s handling of this information, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Public inquiries and sensitive information

Use the public inquiry form and email links for general business or career inquiries. Do not send Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), nonpublic government contract information, Social Security numbers, driver’s licenses, passports, financial-account information, medical records, or other highly sensitive personal or client records through these channels. Contact Objective Proof before sharing information that requires a confirmed secure process.
